Polite Notice - Patients coming to the surgery

Please can you be respectful of the personal space between you and the member of staff helping you. Patients are asked to wait at the red gate until called to the window and even then, we would ask you to remain a good distance away from the window when speaking to the reception staff.
Under no circumstances should you lean into the reception area.
Unfortunately this is still happening despite Government guidance stating that everyone should respect the personal space of others by standing at least two metres apart.
