Requesting repeat prescriptions

Monday 30th March 2020

In order to keep telephone lines free for urgent calls we are still not accepting requests for prescriptions over the phone. You can order your prescription in the following ways.

1. Via My Health Online, if you are already registered for this service. Unfortunately we are unable to accept new registrations at present

2. Telephoning your usual pharmacy who will submit a written request to us

3. Posting your repeat request slip to our postal address, FAO Prescription Clerk

4. We are temporarily accepting repeat prescription requests via email. Please clearly state your full name, date of birth, address and the name, dose and strength of medication you are requesting using the following address enquiries.w93045@wales.nhs.uk

PLEASE NOTE:
To avoid creating shortages we will not be increasing the usual quantity of medication on your prescription.

Prescriptions requested early will be post-dated to the date they are due and you will not be able to collect the medication until that date.

We are not currently allowing patients to collect prescriptions from the surgery. If you normally collect your prescription, please clearly nominate a local pharmacy on your request, who will collect your prescription on your behalf.
