Currently appointments for smears, baby immunisations, Depo and B12 injections will continue until we notify you otherwise. You should not attend if you have a cough or fever. Please note all patients are being screened at reception.
My Health Online

You can collect forms from our receptionist today between 8am and 11am from the window as you approach the front door to register for My Health Online (prescriptions function only), where you will be able to order repeat's online and have your prescription delivered to the pharmacy ready for you to collect. You are also able to print the registration form below and bring it to the surgery, together with your ID documents, where you will be seen at the door by a member of our reception team. Thank you.

Have you heard about My Health Online? You can request a personal account where you can book routine appointments and order repeat prescriptions. Saving you the hassle of telephoning the surgery or coming down. Please speak to one of our reception team members who will be happy to assist you in setting up your account.
