Community Connectors can help people living in Newport find out what is going on locally and how to get involved in social activities.
Connectors work with individuals, carers and organisations across the Newport area and can provide names, phone numbers and locations of activities, services and support.
What can a Community Connector do to help you?

- Help you find activities in your local area
- Help you to meet more people in your community
