COVID 19 APPOINTMENTS UPDATE

At present all appointments requested will be triaged by a GP or Nurse. You must call between 8am & 10am to be added to the list. If the Clinician decide's you need to be seen they will organise a face to face assessment, for your safety we have decided to continue to restrict access to the surgery by only allowing those patients who have been invited to attend.
If you call after 10am and your request is urgent and cannot wait until the following day the care navigator will ask the nature of your problem and you will be allocated a telephone consultation with an appropriate clinician.
