Collections from Surgery

Please note that if you need to come to surgery to collect a prescription, sick note, letter or any other item we ask that you please come after 2pm. Morning surgery is a very busy time and to enable us to undertake infection control protocols we need to minimise the traffic at the surgery in the mornings.
